Children's museum

I had to post this so you will know what my house looks like after Carson is done playing at the end of the day. I have stepped on so many toys and I don't even notice it anymore. Although this picture makes it look kind of clean-if you can believe that.

This is my little stud muffin! He is so cute playing in his room.

Carson loves the beads that go around and around. We have one at home that Corinne gave him and he plays with that toy all the time!!

This boat rocked back and forth and Carson was having a good time on it. He was hitting his hands on the bar when he would stand up.

He was waiting for me to take his picture so he could go down the slide. He is my camera ham!!

Our future firefighter!! He loved pushing the buttons in the fire truck and hearing the sirens go off. This was a real fire truck that had been retired by a fire house.


He was saying enough already!! He kept taking the jacket off but I was determined to get a picture with him in it! I thought Den would like this!

Watch for more pictures tomorrow. We are going to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. Our plan is to go in the morning so we can run errands in the afternoon and get ready for the work week. I hope everyone has a great week!!

Carson loves to play in his room. He plays by himself all the time. We have toys in every room so that he always has something to do. He never gets bored.

We are ready for football. Carson is going to his first college football game on September 12. UT is playing Wyoming and we are going to have a blast. We are sitting with a bunch of friends who went to Wyoming.

I took this picture for my mom. I wanted to show her what my house looks like everyday because it's a lot to keep up with. I never thought I would let toys be everywhere but it no longer bothers me anymore!!

Carson eating cake on his real birthday. He enjoyed it much better than when we had his birthday party. When it was all over, Carson's hair was full of cake!

Happy Birthday Big Boy!

Look how much he has grown! This was taken on one his one month birthday. He was so small.










Our baby is one year old!! Where has the time gone?? It seems like yesterday that I was at work and got the call. I was frantically trying to get Brian because he was in class and he would not answer his phone. I was flipping out!!! This has been the best year ever! Brian and I have been so blessed by Carson and we are loving every minute of it. Everyone says that Carson is lucky but really we are the lucky ones. We had a bunch of people over for his party and it was so much fun. Carson did not smash his cake very much so we saved it and are going to take another go at it tomorrow. Happy Baby!

I can not believe that Carson is going to be a year old next week. It just doesn't seem possible!! This has been the best year! Carson is such a joy and a happy baby. Brian and I have been so blessed by Carson. We are gearing up and getting ready for his birthday party. Family starts arriving on Thursday for the big party on Saturday. I can't wait!!

These are the new floors we had put in the house. Since we have 2 dogs, 2 cats and Carson the carpet was just gross!! I already like the new floors so much better!!

Tonight we ate dinner outside and had a great time. We stayed outside until it was time to go to bed because Carson had so much fun. He ate some grass and when I would try and stop him, he would just go faster shoving it in his mouth!!
